All abstracts, whether Oral, Video or Moderated and Unmoderated Posters must be presented as posters at the exhibition area. Please see below guidelines for printing of posters. For specific guidelines pertaining to each category, please click on the respective buttons:





All posters should be printed beforehand by the presenting author. There will be no printing services available on site and the cost of printing will not be reimbursed by the congress organiser.


1. Poster Printing Specifications

  • Maximum poster size: AO (841mm x 1189mm or 33.1in x 46.8in)

  • Please note that the orientation format of your poster should be portrait.

  • Posters should display the abstract title, authors (underline presenting author’s name), institutions and affiliations.

  • Suggested sections of the poster include objectives, methods, results and conclusion.

  • Every element, including graphs and tables, must be readable from a distance of 1.5 - 2 meters.

  • There is no need to print the abstract number on your poster, the number will be marked on the board.


2. Display and set-up

Authors are fully responsible for the setting up and dismantling of their poster according to the schedule below:

Setup Time: 4 April 2019: 07:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs

Please report to the Abstracts Desk outside the Ballroom on Level 3, Grand Hyatt.


  • Adhesive material will be provided to you once you mark your attendance at the Abstracts Desk. Additional push pins, staples, etc. are NOT allowed.

  • Each poster board is numbered, corresponding to your abstract number. A list will be available onsite with the reference number, poster title and name of presenting author.

  • Poster presenters are encouraged to be available to discuss their posters with the conference participants during tea breaks and between sessions.


Dismantle Time: 6 April 2019: 17:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs

Posters that are not removed in time by their authors will be taken down by staff and the congress organiser shall hold no responsibility for their safe return.


3. Conflict of Interest

It is the intent of the Singapore Urological Association (SUA) to provide high-quality sessions focused on educational content that is free from commercial influence or bias. Thus, please ensure there is no material within your presentation which could be seen as marketing a commercial product or Programme. Content of the poster must reflect the content of the abstract submitted.
